We understand that applying for visiting visa to attend the conference takes time. Please email ieeecloudsummit@gmail.com if you need visa letter assistance. Please note the following visa policies of the conference: 

• Any author, speaker or attendee will be provided a visa letter from IEEE after registration fee is paid. Please visit the registration page for instruction on registration or register directly at https://cvent.me/EnZwMy.

• For paper authors, we suggest that you register as soon as possible regardless the status of your paper acceptance. If your paper is not accepted and you decide to withdraw the registration, your registration fee will be refunded.

• If the visa application is denied and you cannot attend the conference, your registration can be converted into virtual attendance or refunded.
