IEEE Cloud Summit Industry and AI tracks

Thank you for your interests in participating in the IEEE Cloud Summit 2023. This guide lists the format that you and your team can participate in the conference. This guide only applies to companies who are invited by the general chairs of the conference.

Participation Guide

Prices are the original listed prices, companies invited by the organizing committees receive additional 15% discount. Early registration before June 5, 2023 also receives a 10% discount.

 

Keynote Speaker

Keynotes are the spotlight of the conference that has the attention of all attendees. A keynote is an in- depth talk for a topic that has a high impact on industry. Keynote speakers usually are well known and with a good reputation in industry. Speaker Qualification/Presentation materials are reviewed by IEEE Cloud Summit Tech Committee.

    • Acceptance notification of keynote proposal: May 31st, 2023

    • Registration opens: May 31, 2023

Technical Speaker

A technical speaker will present a technical talk on a specific topic in cloud computing at one of the conference industry talk sessions. Speakers have the flexibility to decide the format of the speech, including and not limited to: product demo, workshop or lecture on technical topics.

    • Acceptance notification of proposal: May 31st, 2023

    • Registration opens: May 31st, 2023

Panelist

  • A panelist will be part of a group of experts or executives in the industry to discuss a challenging topic.

  • Registration opens: May 31st, 2023

Industry Track Paper Publication​

A paper based on a specific application of cloud technologies with experiment (preferred) or solutions of a challenging problem.

  • All submitted paper need to be reviewed by independent reviewers and accepted by IEEE Cloud Summit Conference Tech Program Committee before the presentation and publication

  • Registration and Presentation during the conference is required for papers to be published

  • Registration opens: May 31st, 2023 (before discount)

  • IEEE member: $600/paper before June 5 2023, $800/paper after June 5 2023

  • Non IEEE member: $720/paper before June 5 2023, $960/paper after June 5 202

 
Conference Participant

Attend the conference for 1 or 2 days, access to all paper presentations, keynote, panel discussion and tech talks. Waived if participating as Speaker/Panelist. Price will cover two days’ lunch and coffee break.

  • Price: $400/person (before discount)

Career Fair/Networking Event

There will be a career fair/networking event during the conference. Each CVS partner can send one or more employees to attend the event, talk with students who attend the conference about career in the respective roles at the company. We encourage CVS partners to prepare a list of openings to advertise at the event.

Volunteers

  • Description: help with the communication and assist organizing the conference.

  • Prerequisite:

    • Volunteer qualifications are reviewed and accepted by the IEEE Cloud Summit board
